1. Who We Are

Eingedi ("we," "us," "our") is a wellness and health-optimization membership and telehealth-facilitation service operated by Kristy Stoffer, CRNA, based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. By using eingediway.com, booking an appointment, or subscribing to our membership, you ("you," "client") agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Not Medical Advice; No Provider–Patient Relationship via Website

Content on this website is educational only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and browsing this site does not create a provider–patient relationship. A care relationship is established only after you complete intake and consent forms through our HIPAA-compliant client portal (powered by Healthie) and are accepted as a client. Prescriptions, when clinically appropriate, are issued solely by licensed providers through compliant telehealth channels — never through this website directly. Membership does not guarantee a prescription; whether any peptide therapy or other treatment is prescribed is an independent clinical decision made by licensed providers, and medication availability may depend on pharmacy availability, state regulations, and medical eligibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a U.S. state where our services are available. You agree to provide accurate and complete health information. Withholding relevant medical history can create serious safety risks and may be grounds for termination of services.

4. Eingedi Membership — Subscription Terms

The Eingedi Membership is $250 per month, billed automatically each month to your payment method on file from the date you subscribe. By subscribing, you authorize these recurring charges until you cancel in accordance with these terms.

• Three-month initial commitment. Membership begins with a three-month initial commitment — the foundational optimization phase, during which we assess your baseline health, build and implement your personalized optimization plan, and refine it based on your response. By joining, you agree to three monthly payments of $250. You are not asked to pay them up front; they are billed one month at a time.
• After the initial term. Once the three months are complete, membership continues month-to-month until you cancel, at the same rate.
• What's included: your personalized health optimization plan (built from your health profile, labs, and goals, and adjusted as you progress); a clinician-guided peptide strategy with ongoing clinical oversight and clinical review at appropriate decision points; peptide education and guidance; structured progress check-ins; laboratory interpretation and optimization guidance; preferred member pricing on peptides sourced through our LegitScript-certified, U.S.-based 503A compounding pharmacy partners; discounted practitioner-grade supplements; and secure messaging with the Eingedi care team, with responses within 2 business days. Routine and administrative questions are handled by the care team; clinical concerns are routed to the appropriate clinician.
• Purchased separately: peptides, laboratory testing, and other prescribed medications or products are not included in the monthly membership fee. Laboratory interpretation is included; the testing itself is billed separately based on what is ordered for you.
• Cancellation. After the initial three-month commitment, you may cancel anytime from your client portal or by emailing info@eingediway.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain full access until then. No partial-month refunds.
• Failed payments. If a charge fails, we will retry it. If payment cannot be collected, membership benefits are paused until payment is resolved.
• Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any change to the membership price, which applies only to billing periods after the notice.
• Membership is a wellness service. It is not health insurance, not a prescription guarantee, and not a substitute for primary medical care. Whether any peptide therapy or other treatment is prescribed remains an independent clinical decision by licensed providers, not every peptide is appropriate for every client, and individual outcomes vary.

5. Peptide Eligibility Guarantee

Peptide therapy is not appropriate for everyone, and that determination can only be made after a clinician has reviewed your health profile and any relevant laboratory results. We do not think you should carry the cost of finding that out.

If our clinical team determines that no peptide therapy is appropriate for you, you may request a full refund of every membership fee you have paid, and your membership will end with no further charges. This applies regardless of how far into your three-month commitment you are, and it releases you from the remainder of that commitment.

To request it, email info@eingediway.com within 30 days of being notified of that determination. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Two things this guarantee does not cover, because they are costs paid to outside providers rather than to Eingedi: laboratory testing already performed, and any medication a pharmacy has already dispensed in your name. If you decide to continue as a member for the laboratory interpretation, supplement guidance, and optimization support even though peptide therapy is not indicated for you, you are welcome to — the choice is yours, and declining peptide therapy is never required to stay.

6. Optional 1:1 Consultations

Individual 1:1 Optimization Strategy Sessions with a clinician are optional and are not required to join or remain a member. Sessions are $175 for 30 minutes, one-on-one, payable at booking. You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment through your client portal. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments ("no-shows"), forfeit the session fee.

7. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Compounded prescription medications are prepared specifically for you, in your name, and cannot be returned or refunded once the pharmacy has filled the order — this is a patient-safety and legal requirement. If a shipment arrives damaged or its cold-chain integrity is compromised, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will work with the pharmacy on a replacement at no cost to you. Lab and genetic testing fees are refundable only if canceled before your sample is collected or your kit is activated. Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days for a refund, minus return shipping. Membership refunds under the Peptide Eligibility Guarantee are governed by section 5 above.

8. Emergencies

Our services are not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911. Secure messages are answered within 2 business days and are not monitored continuously.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to use any prescribed medications only as directed, complete structured check-ins and recommended lab work, and promptly report side effects or concerns. Sharing or reselling prescribed medication is prohibited and dangerous.

10. Third-Party Services

Scheduling, health records, and secure messaging are provided through Healthie (HIPAA-compliant). Payments are processed by Stripe and Shopify Payments. Lab testing is performed by LabCorp. Compounded medications are dispensed by independent, LegitScript-certified, licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies. Each third party operates under its own terms and privacy policies.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, care plans, protocols, and member materials are the property of Eingedi and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee of specific health outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Termination

Either party may end the care relationship at any time. We may terminate or suspend services for safety concerns, non-payment, or misuse of the services, with any active membership handled under the cancellation terms above.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
