Meet the clinical lead behind Eingedi
My name is Kristy Stoffer, and my career has been built around understanding the human body—not in the abstract, but at the bedside, with the precision the operating room demands. As an active Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), my clinical training is rooted in physiology, pharmacology, and the careful application of tools to support patients through physiologically demanding moments. Knowing how the body responds and adjusting in real time is the same clinical precision I bring to peptide therapy.
Outside the operating room, health and wellness have always been more than a profession to me. The daily practices that build resilience — movement, nutrition, sauna, cold exposure — are how David and I have built our life together.
It started in our own backyard. David began building saunas and cold plunges for people's homes, and we watched what these practices did for our family and friends. The more we saw, the more we wanted to share it — which is how Nightjar Sauna & Cold Plunge Club was born: soon to be West Michigan's first Finnish-style sauna club, built so our community could experience what we'd been living.
Peptide therapy was the natural next layer — a meeting point of my clinical background, years of peptide knowledge, and the wellness we already lived. David and I have been using peptides ourselves for a while now, and the effects are undeniable — better sleep, faster recovery, less joint pain, less inflammation, stronger immune function.
Eingedi exists to give our community — here in Grand Rapids and nationwide — access to responsibly sourced peptides and the clinical guidance to use them well. Because we believe a community that's strong, connected, and feeling great changes everything.
Peptide therapy, done well, is a partnership. My role is to bring clinical precision and honest, real-time guidance to a space that too often lacks it.
FAQs
What are peptides and how do they work?
Peptides are short chains of typically 2 to 50 amino acids linked together by peptide bonds—think of amino acids as letters, peptides as words, and proteins as full sentences. While proteins are large structural components, peptides act as the body's precise signaling molecules, instructing cells exactly what to do, when, and how. They are the language your cells already speak. Naturally occurring examples include insulin, oxytocin, and growth hormones. Therapeutic peptides bind selectively to targeted cell-surface receptors to trigger specific health benefits—such as prompting natural growth hormone pulses, accelerating tissue and gut repair, improving sleep quality, or supporting metabolism and weight regulation. Because digestive enzymes degrade oral peptides quickly, most protocols use precise subcutaneous injections to ensure full bioavailable uptake.
Are peptides safe?
When prescribed properly under qualified clinical oversight, peptides are generally considered safe. Because peptides are naturally occurring biological compounds rather than foreign synthetic chemicals, they are highly biocompatible. They work with your body's existing pathways to restore or amplify natural signaling processes without overriding your regulatory systems. Because we source exclusively from accredited US 503A compounding pharmacies operating under rigorous state board of pharmacy oversight, we significantly reduce the contamination, heavy-metal, and under-dosing risks associated with unregulated online 'research chemical' sites. Licensed providers monitor every client's medical history, labs and protocols to ensure medical safeguards.
Do I need to get my labs drawn before obtaining a protocol?
No, but we recommend obtaining baseline diagnostic labs as soon as a protocol is prescribed to establish a starting point. You can't improve what you're not measuring. We can get you started on your peptide protocol and make adjustments along the way based upon your symptoms and labwork. Your blood biomarkers—including metabolic parameters, hormone balances, inflammation indicators (like hs-CRP), and organ function markers—provide the essential map of your unique internal physiology. This lab data informs us exactly how to custom-tailor your compound selection, calculate precise micro-dosing ranges, and safely titrate and dose the program over time. In biological restoration, guessing can be dangerous. Doing blood labs allows state-licensed physicians to match exact therapeutic sequences and adjust dosages precisely as your body responds.
How does the home delivery and self-administration work?
We have streamlined the entire process to make it fully stress-free and seamless. Following your diagnostic questionnaire and clinical review with a board-certified medical practitioner, your personalized prescription is submitted directly to our compounding partner. Your treatment kit is then shipped via temperature-controlled cold-chain shipping directly to your doorstep. Each kit arrives fully equipped with your custom-compounded peptide, precise micro-syringes, sterile alcohol prep pads, explicit dosing schedules, and step-by-step instructional guides. We understand that self-injecting for the first time can cause some anxiety, and that is completely natural. You do not have to do this alone—our experienced clinical team will support and coach you every step of the way, keeping you fully guided so you feel safe, confident, and comfortable with the process.
What makes 503A compound pharmacies different from other peptides sold online?
The difference centers on clinical legality, safety, and strict regulatory verification. Most peptides sold online come as non-sterile powders from unverified sources, labeled 'not for human consumption.' They undergo no quality checks and often contain harmful filler agents, heavy metals, or incorrect active dosages. In contrast, Eingedi works exclusively with licensed, US 503A compounding pharmacies holding LegitScript certification—the gold standard of compliance and online healthcare verification in the United States. This ensures that every peptide is third-party-tested, legally prescribed in your name, verified for potency and purity, sterile-tested, and compounded under strict FDA and state board standards.
