Book Your Consultation — $150
Initial Consultation
$150 · 30 minutes, one-on-one
This is where your care plan begins. During your consultation, we'll review:
- Your health and wellness goals
- Your medical history
- Recent labwork (bring what you have — we'll identify any gaps)
- Your current nutrition and exercise habits
- The consultation fee covers your Provider's time and personalized care plan. Any prescribed medications are billed separately and not included in the consultation cost.
By the end of the call, we'll have what we need to build a thorough, personalized care plan — no cookie-cutter templates, no guesswork.
Step 2 · Ongoing
Monthly Coaching Membership
$250 / month
Ongoing, personalized support to keep your plan working as your body and goals evolve. Billed monthly.
Your membership includes:
- Your personalized care plan — built from your consultation, labs, and goals, and adjusted as you progress
- Unlimited secure messaging at no extra charge — direct access to me, with responses within 2 business days
- Member rate on consultations — follow-up calls whenever you need them for $99 (regularly $150)
- Wholesale pricing on peptide therapies — sourced through licensed pharmacy partners (product costs billed separately)
- Discounted medical-grade supplements — practitioner-only brands at member pricing
- Custom labwork panels — targeted testing selected for your plan, at member pricing (lab fees billed separately)
